Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an ERP Transformation Specialist to lead enterprise‑scale ERP programmes, modernising core business systems and realising full value from platforms such as SAP, Oracle and Workday. You will work within the Employee Experience & HR team to shape technology‑enabled transformation strategies and guide design and implementation with measurable impact.

Qualifications

Extensive ERP-led transformation experience across multiple platforms.
Strong ability to translate client needs into clear process/data/system requirements.
Credible communicator with senior stakeholders; capable of guiding workshops and decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP transformation programmes, shaping strategy, scope, design and delivery.
Translate client needs into ERP architecture and operating model requirements.
Advise senior stakeholders on transformation options, platform strategy, and value realisation.
Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring governance, risk management and quality.
Contribute to practice development, bids, and capability building.
