Job summary

Mondelēz International Digital Services is seeking an HR Project Support professional to provide HR Generalist and Employee Relations support for transformation projects within the UK & I. You will collaborate with the People Team to plan, prepare for, and execute medium to large HR initiatives, ensuring compliant and effective communications and governance.

Travel within the UK may be required; the role operates on a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR projects or HR transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Generalist and Employee Relations across transformation projects.
• Coordinate collective consultation processes and communications.
• Assist with project planning, admin, and documentation.
• Provide ER guidance to HR business partners and managers.
• Collaborate with HR workstreams to drive end-to-end project execution.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to a better employee experience.
