The position supports a hybrid setup (3 days onsite) with a strong emphasis on governance, risk management, and change management to drive adoption and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering HRIS/HCM projects as a PM.
• Experience with HR technology implementations and transformations.
• Strong governance, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of HRIS projects end-to-end.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors to define requirements and success criteria.
• Establish governance, reporting and risk management processes.
• Track RAID logs and pro-actively address issues and risks.
• Coordinate system implementations, upgrades and integrations.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and steering committee updates.
• Support change management and user adoption across the business.
