Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a HR Project Support within Digital Services in the UK. The role provides HR Generalist and Employee Relations support to transformation projects and collaborates with the People Team, with a hybrid working model.

You will work with Workday and ServiceNow, plan and execute HR projects, and guide managers through complex issues. Strong communication, problem solving, and coaching skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with HR systems including Workday and ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting or leading small to medium HR projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent problem-solving skills.
• Coaching and mentoring managers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare for and execute medium to large HR transformation projects.
• Coordinate collective consultation processes.
• Manage communications, meeting admin and announcements.
• Provide ER support to leaders on complex issues.
• Identify issues and act as escalation point.
• Collaborate with HR workstreams to drive end-to-end project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance employee experience.
• Deliver people practices compliant with local legal/regulatory frameworks.
