Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking an HR Project Support professional to provide HR Generalist and Employee Relations support to transformation projects within the UK&I market. You will collaborate with the People Team and HR workstreams to drive E2E project execution in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare for and execute medium and large-scale HR transformation projects
• Coordinate collective consultation processes
• Manage communications efforts including meeting administration and maintenance of all channels, materials and announcements
• Provide employee relations support and guidance to people leaders and managers on complex issues
• Act as an escalation point for issues identified in HR projects
• Collaborate with HR workstreams and advisors to drive end-to-end project execution
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience
• Deliver people practices in line with local legal/regulatory frameworks
