Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking an HR Project Support professional to back transformation initiatives within the UK&I People team. The role provides HR Generalist and Employee Relations support, working closely with the UK&I BU People lead to plan, prepare for and execute medium to large HR projects.

You will coordinate consultations, manage comms, and offer ER guidance to managers. A hybrid working model with occasional travel within the UK is expected.

Qualifications

• Coaching, motivating, and guiding managers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UK&I People leadership and HR teams to plan and execute HR transformation projects.
• Coordinate collective consultation processes and manage communications channels.
• Provide employee relations support and guidance on complex issues.
• Support or lead small to medium HR projects across the workstreams.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure HR processes align with local policies.
