Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an HR Project Support professional to back HR Generalist and Employee Relations activities within transformation projects. You will collaborate with the UK&I People team and other HR workstreams to drive end-to-end project delivery.

Key responsibilities include coordinating consultations, managing communications, and improving employee experience within a hybrid UK setting. Fixed-term 9-month contract, travel within the UK may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English – written and verbal.
• Experience with HR systems including Workday and ServiceNow.
• Participation as a support or lead for small or medium HR projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent problem-solving and guiding others.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare for and execute medium and large-scale HR transformation projects.
• Coordinate collective consultation processes.
• Manage communications, meeting admin and materials across channels.
• Provide Employee Relations support and guidance to leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve Employee experience.
