Job summary

CMS UK is seeking an HR Advisor - Business Services Projects to support the delivery of people initiatives and HR projects across Business Services. You will provide high-quality generalist HR advice to managers and HR colleagues, coordinating activity and tracking progress to align with business priorities.

The role combines project delivery with proactive HR advisory work across the employee lifecycle, across multiple HR activities including performance management, family leave, flexible

Qualifications

Strong current generalist HR knowledge across the employee lifecycle.
Experience supporting HR projects, change initiatives or process improvements.
Business partnering skills including coaching and influencing stakeholders.
Commercial, pragmatic approach with analytical capability and attention to detail.
Experience using people data to inform decisions and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of HR and business projects across Business Services.
Coordinate activity, maintain action plans and track milestones.
Use people data and insights to support reporting and project outcomes.
Prepare updates and materials for stakeholders and governance bodies.
Support people strategy, change and continuous improvement initiatives across HR.
