Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an HR Project Support to back transformation initiatives and provide HR Generalist and Employee Relations support within the UK&I region. The role collaborates with the People Team to plan, execute, and govern medium to large HR projects, while ensuring compliance with local policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills, with experience in Workday and ServiceNow, and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Experience managing HR projects or transformations
• Knowledge of UK & I country HR policies and procedures
• Independent problem-solving skills and coaching ability

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare for and execute medium to large HR transformation projects.
• Coordinate collective consultation processes.
• Manage communications, meeting admin, and materials/announcements across channels.
• Provide Employee Relations support and guidance to leaders and managers.
• Act as escalation point for issues and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with HR workstreams to deliver end-to-end project execution.
• Drive CI and process efficiency to improve employee experience.
• Deliver people practices compliant with local legal/regulatory frameworks.
