Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Manager to lead HR transformation and operating model programs for key clients. You will shape future HR delivery, governance, and service models, guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders through complex decision points.

You'll drive assessments, prioritise actions, and translate strategy into concrete delivery plans, while shaping consulting offerings and contributing to business development. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in HR transformation, including operating models design.
• Track record leading substantial projects or workstreams.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and translate decisions into plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation assessments and define future operating models.
• Guide clients through governance, structures and delivery plans.
• Direct project teams and maintain client relationships for measurable improvements.
