HR Transformation & Operating Models - Manager
£100,000 + bonus | Hybrid working
If you've built your career helping organisations rethink how HR operates, this is an opportunity to take a leading role in client delivery and help shape a consultancy's approach to HR transformation.
I'm working with an established consultancy looking for a Senior Manager who can combine HR operating model expertise with the ability to lead complex programmes, advise senior stakeholders and develop new business opportunities.
You’ll work with clients to understand where their HR function needs to change and define how it should operate in the future. This will involve decisions around team structures, shared services, responsibilities, governance and processes, bringing these together into a practical model that supports the business and delivers a better service to employees.
You’ll lead assessments of existing HR operations, identify priorities and guide clients through the decisions needed to move forward. Working closely with HR leaders and colleagues across technology, finance and operations, you’ll build agreement on the direction and help translate it into a clear delivery plan.
Your involvement will continue through implementation, supporting changes to services, roles and ways of working. You’ll provide direction to project teams, maintain strong client relationships and help ensure the recommendations translate into measurable improvements.
Alongside delivery, you’ll have a meaningful role in developing the practice. You’ll shape consulting offerings, contribute to bids and pitches, and build relationships that create further opportunities. It's a position with scope to influence both the work clients buy and how it is delivered.
You may already be working in consulting or have moved into an in-house transformation role after a consulting career. You'll bring the judgement to navigate complex client challenges, the credibility to challenge constructively and the commercial awareness to help grow the practice.
The package includes a £100,000 salary, bonus and flexible benefits, with hybrid working and flexibility required for client travel.
