Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Functional Lead Consultant within its Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice to assess current HR operations, design future-state processes and operating models, and deliver transformations that create measurable business value.

The role blends consulting, process transformation, and operating model expertise to drive organizational outcomes and enable adoption of new ways of working with AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Business Operating Model.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR transformation, business process consulting, operating model design, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience in process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and business requirements gathering.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases that demonstrate how technology impacts people, processes, and operating models.
• Passion for leveraging AI and proven experience applying AI-powered tools to improve productivity, analysis, and business outcomes.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Design new HR business processes tailored to business and transformation requirements.
• Conduct current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process mapping activities.
• Perform fit-gap analysis to identify process, policy, and solution gaps.
• Facilitate business requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Drive HR process standardization and harmonization initiatives across business functions.
• Support the design and implementation of target HR operating models.
• Develop innovative solutions using established methodologies, tools, and assets.
• Implement programs and interventions that support organizational transformation and business readiness.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
