Akkodis is seeking an HR Transformation Consultant to join our team on a hybrid working pattern, with a salary up to £55,000. You’ll help organisations improve how HR operates and delivers services to employees.

You’ll work on HR transformation, process improvement or shared services projects, designing improvements and helping clients put them into practice while developing your consulting career.

Qualifikationen

• Some experience supporting HR transformation, HR process improvement or changes to HR service delivery.
• An understanding of HR operations or shared services, gained in consulting or an in-house role.
• Confidence working with data and translating findings into clear insights.
• Good communication skills, a collaborative approach and an interest in developing your consulting career.
• You don't need to have led a transformation programme.

Aufgaben

• Review HR processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and usability.
• Map processes and support workshops with stakeholders.
• Turn findings into clear recommendations for clients.
• Help clients introduce new ways of working and track progress of improvements.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations and new ideas within the practice.
