Modis is seeking an HR Operating Model Specialist to help clients answer how HR should work across complex organisations and to turn recommendations into practical change. This role sits in an established HR transformation team delivering large-scale programmes that reshape HR services.

You will design operating models, review end-to-end processes, and improve how shared services and HR teams collaborate. Expect data-driven analysis, stakeholder workshops, and involvement in proposals and client

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR transformation or supporting HR operating model changes in complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and how HR services are delivered.
• Knowledge of HR systems and processes across payroll, time management and benefits.
• Ability to analyse data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Confidence engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops and building agreement across different teams.
• Proactive approach to delivery and an interest in improving employee experience.
• CIPD or project management qualifications are useful for the role.
