Job summary

Modis is seeking an HR Transformation Consultant to join a consultancy team, focusing on improving HR operations and service delivery for clients. You will work with experienced colleagues on large programmes and contribute to both design and implementation of improvements.

You will review HR processes, gather stakeholder insights and identify opportunities to make services more efficient. The role involves data analysis, process mapping and supporting change activities with clients.

Qualifications

• Some experience supporting HR transformation, HR process improvement or changes to HR service delivery.
• An understanding of HR operations or shared services, gained in consulting or an in-house role.
• Confidence working with data and translating findings into clear insights.
• Good communication skills, a collaborative approach and an interest in developing your consulting career.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and map HR processes.
• Contribute to workshops and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Help clients introduce new operating models and support change activities.
• Support proposals, client presentations and new ideas within the practice.
