Capgemini Invent is seeking an HR Operating Model Specialist to support complex, large scale HR transformation programmes. You will shape how the People function delivers high‑quality, efficient and future‑ready services, working within Employee Experience & HR to design scalable HR ecosystems aligned to client strategy and enhancing employee experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in HR transformation and supporting HR operating model changes within complex organisations.
Deep understanding of HR, HR shared services, and HR Operational Delivery with knowledge of HR systems, Payroll, and Time Management.

Responsibilities

Support complex, large scale HR transformation programmes and translate operating model design into enterprise wide change.
Shape how the People function delivers high‑quality, efficient and future‑ready services within HR ecosystem design.
Contribute to operating model design, process improvement, workforce analysis and change management.
Review end‑to‑end HR processes to improve service quality, governance and cross‑functional alignment.
Support business development through proposals, client presentations and thought leadership.
