Linear Executive Search is recruiting a highly experienced Project/Programme Manager to lead a full lifecycle HR transformation programme in a Central London law firm. The role focuses on delivering HR self-service capabilities and a Workday deployment within a busy legal environment.

The successful candidate will manage diverse stakeholder groups, drive change, and ensure delivery against a 12-month contract with a day rate of £750-£850, outside IR35, in Holborn.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering HR transformation programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience implementing HR technology like Workday or similar platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a HR transformation programme within a law firm environment.
• Drive the Workday introduction and related technology refresh for up to 600 staff.
• Engage senior stakeholders, manage change, and safeguard programme governance.
