Job summary

Whitehall Resources Limited is seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Central London. The role is onsite 3 days per week and focuses on development and support across SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Position Management, Compensation and Performance & Goals.

You will ensure data integrity, run tests on changes, manage data imports and build reports within SuccessFactors, reporting to the Head of Talent.

Qualifications

3+ years configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Hands-on configuring modules including Employee Central, Position Management, Compensation and Performance & Goals.
Certification in Employee Central.
Experience managing SuccessFactors bi-annual system upgrades.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

Provide HR System development and support in Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Management, Objective Setting & Reporting.
Ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, import data and report writing within SuccessFactors.
Collaborate with the People Department reporting to the Head of Talent.
Project manage the implementation of new SuccessFactors modules and upgrades in the UK and enhancements to existing modules.
