Job summary

City of London Corporation is seeking a Workforce Data & Systems Analyst to oversee HR information systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and data management. You will support data quality, reporting and system enhancements across workforce platforms.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with HR systems (preferably SuccessFactors), and the ability to drive process improvements while ensuring data compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR/Payroll systems (preferred SuccessFactors).
• SFX Accreditation in multiple modules is desirable.
• Experience with iTrent and BI4 reporting is desirable.
• Experience in system administration, data security and integration, and training delivery.
• Analytical, numerical and data visualization skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good understanding of HR policies and employment legislation.
• Confident communicator with written and oral presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and lead system-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Support optimisation and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and related workforce systems.
• Manage workforce data reporting and processes across SAP SuccessFactors and legacy iTrent during transition.
• Lead on system-related projects and roadmaps for data-related improvements.
• Promote data governance and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Provide guidance on workforce reporting, data management, and process improvements.
• Manage system configuration, workflows, security roles and data structures across systems.
• Provide first-line technical support, training, and documentation.
• Develop guidance to maximise value of workforce systems and self-service features.
• Share best practices and stay updated on workforce analytics and digital HR services.
