Job summary

Nomad Foods Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Analyst to manage HR and system-related application initiatives. You will lead requirements gathering, design functional changes and oversee testing, training and deployment across multiple European markets.

You will collaborate with BA peers, IT and external partners to optimise SAP/Non-SAP HR applications, with emphasis on payroll and time attendance processes. A pan-European mindset and governance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate calibre and strong analytical ability.
• Knowledge of HR systems and related processes (e.g., SuccessFactors, Kronos, Payroll integrations).
• Ability to operate across a pan-European environment and with multiple stakeholders.
• Project management: plan, execute, manage resources, risks and budget.
• Lead business process analysis and translate requirements into designs.
• Document functional specs, user journeys and backlogs using standard formats.

Responsibilities

• Define definition and functional design within HR application areas.
• Lead collection and translation of business requirements into functional specs and test plans.
• Collaborate with BA, Infrastructure, Solution Designers, Service Delivery and partners to deliver changes.
• Design and document business processes and system improvements; drive implementations.
• Lead test, training and user acceptance testing for new and changed systems.
• Develop knowledge of Nomad processes, applications and data flows across HR touchpoints.
• Collaborate to ensure consistent, high-quality system implementations and continuous improvement.
• Oversee incident and problem management via third-party support and regular supplier reviews.
