Job summary

Nomad Foods Inc is seeking an HR IT Business Analyst to support HR systems, payroll and time attendance, aligning SAP/Non-SAP tech with business needs. You will manage 3rd party support, define functional designs and deliver system changes in a pan-European HR landscape.

The role combines day-to-day operations with leading new HR system projects, ensuring SOX compliance, and collaborating with global teams to optimise HR data flows.

Qualifications

• Graduate calibre with IT or end-user HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR systems and related process implementations.
• Strong analytical skills to maximise business value from IT.
• Experience with SuccessFactors, Kronos WFD and payroll integration.
• Willingness to work in a pan-European environment.
• Ability to perform project management on small projects.
• Ability to lead business process analysis and document specs.
• Interpersonal skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define functional design within HR applications and lead related changes.
• Lead collection and translation of business requirements into specs and test plans.
• Collaborate with BAs, infrastructure, solution designers, service delivery and partners.
• Manage 3rd party support contracts and service delivery.
• Oversee incident and problem management within the area.
• Develop understanding of Nomad processes and data flows.
