Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a People Systems Analyst to join the Operations Team to support HR, ERP, absence and compensation systems across the global organisation. You will configure systems, manage data, and provide analytical reporting to key HR stakeholders.

Working within a hybrid model, you will collaborate with HR communities and IT partners to deliver improvements across SAP SuccessFactors, Deltek Maconomy and Lawson, while ensuring data quality and user support across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience with People Systems in HR, compensation, and absence management.
• Experience supporting multiple clients in a global organisation.
• Good organisational skills and ability to follow processes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure People Systems supporting HR, compensation, and absence management.
• Provide admin support, troubleshooting, and data management for HR systems.
• Update data manually and via bulk uploads; audit and cleanse data.
• Develop queries, reports, and metrics; support year-end processes.
• Assist with system changes, test releases, and project delivery.
