Job summary

HR Support is seeking a HR Systems Analyst to support the HRIS Manager in a growing global professional services environment. The role offers exposure to multiple international offices and projects across a busy HRIS team.

You will bring 3–4+ years of HRIS experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance and Learning modules. A proactive, data-driven approach and strong stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRIS Analyst using SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance and Learning modules.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the HRIS Manager to deliver on upcoming and future projects.
• Support other teams to plan, build and implement new HRIS integrations.
• Take responsibility for BAU system processes such as imports, bulk updates, configuration changes, and onboarding document updates.
• Help plan, build and implement new processes and technical changes to improve HR processes.
• Support regular data cleanses and reconciliations, contributing to data integrity and transparency.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal intranets and become a subject matter expert for the HRIS system and its data.
