Job summary

Totum Partners is seeking a People Systems Analyst to join its HR team in a fast-paced professional services environment. You will manage HR systems, deliver insightful reports and drive improvements across the technology stack used by HR.

You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure accurate data, robust reporting and an excellent user experience across people systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR systems administration, HRIS support.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills with advanced Excel.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee data.
• Experience testing, configuration and system enhancements.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• High levels of accuracy, discretion and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems
• Produce HR reports, dashboards and management information
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, configuration changes and new releases
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase automation
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and GDPR compliance
• Support annual HR activities including appraisal, pay review and regulatory reporting
• Resolve system issues and manage supplier support queries
• Deliver user training and maintain system documentation
• Contribute to wider HR technology and digital transformation projects
