Job summary

Senior plc is seeking a HR Systems Analyst to manage a global HR system portfolio and deliver data-driven insights. You will support system administration, training, and governance across multiple subsidiaries while collaborating with Group IT and HR teams.

The role involves creating dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to the rollout of new HR technologies in a hybrid working setup at the Group head-office in Hertfordshire.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or HR administration/analytics supporting HR systems.
• Experience delivering end-user training and creating user guides or process docs.
• Experience supporting system testing, updates, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field desirable.
• Solid understanding and interest in AI-driven automation via hands-on implementation or study.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and bespoke reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Act as first-line support for global HR systems and maintain system portfolio.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions based on function and hierarchy.
• Develop and maintain user guides, process notes, and training materials.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity via audits and quality checks.
• Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to implement security measures and enhancements.
• Contribute to system testing, updates, and deployment activities.
• Roll out new HR technologies and digital initiatives in partnership with Group IT and HR teams.
