Family Action in London is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to manage monthly payroll and contribute to the ongoing development of the iTrent payroll system. The role reports to the Payroll Manager and works within a busy HR/Payroll team.

You will ensure accurate payroll processing for approximately 950 employees, handle deductions such as pensions and benefits, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of payroll processes and ability to perform complex pay calculations.
• Strong Excel skills and experience using the iTrent payroll system.
