The National Crime Agency is seeking an enthusiastic HR Systems Officer to join the HR Systems team. You will provide operational and administrative support across HR activities, manage shared HR mailboxes, and assist with access requests, ensuring reliable, secure access to our systems.

You'll work across multiple locations across the UK, with hybrid working options and a focus on data governance, GDPR compliance, and delivering high-quality customer service to colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering a high-quality customer service using strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of handling sensitive information with GDPR compliance.
