  • 30 days' annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays
  • Up to 6% matched pension contributions
  • Flexible working arrangements, with the right to request flexible working from day one

The Role

As our HR Systems Manager, you will lead the development and improvement of our HR information system, iTrent, ensuring it meets the needs of colleagues across Family Action.

Working alongside the HR Systems and Operations Manager, as well as the HR and Payroll teams, you'll seek to improve system functionality, develop and test new modules, and introduce enhancements that make processes more efficient.

  • In-depth knowledge of complex HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective systems solutions
  • Good working knowledge of employment legislation and its implications for HR processes and systems
  • A CIPD Level 5 qualification and/or equivalent experience working in HR
