Qualifications

• Experience working with HR, Payroll, or Finance data
• Previous involvement in system implementation or data migration projects
• Advanced or intermediate Excel skills and confidence handling large datasets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while building effective relationships across teams
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Cleanse, validate, and maintain HR, payroll, and finance data
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplication, and quality issues
• Produce data validation reports and highlight risks or concerns
• Support data migration, system testing, and implementation activities
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate migrated data
• Work collaboratively with People, Payroll, and Finance teams to reconcile and verify information
• Develop and maintain data standards, procedures, and documentation
• Recommend and support process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements
