Responsibilities

• Learn how HiBob is configured and used across adm Indicia.
• Help maintain data standards to ensure consistent employee records.
• Support user access and permissions processes.
• Stay up to date with HiBob releases and assess new features.
• Build understanding of HiBob integrations with other tools.
• Help document and monitor integrations.
• Identify and flag integration issues.
• Support structured data clean-up of employee records.
• Monitor data quality and escalate for resolution.
• Assist with building dashboards and people reports.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and support reporting metrics.
• Support job levelling programme by maintaining job data.
• Build relationships with HRBPs, Payroll, IT, and Finance.
