Job summary

Inspire Education Group in Peterborough is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice People Systems & Analytics Assistant to join our People Services team and develop digital and analytical skills while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 or Level 4 Data Analytics Apprenticeship.

You will gain hands-on experience supporting workforce data, reporting, HR/People systems and BI activities that inform decision-making across one of the region's leading education providers.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent Level 2 qualifications).
• Previous experience is not essential; potential, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and maintenance of HR and people systems.
• Assist in producing workforce reports and dashboards.
• Help analyse key people data such as absence, staff turnover and workforce demographics.
• Support data quality and accuracy checks.
• Respond to routine system queries and provide user support.
• Assist with creating guidance materials and training resources.
• Contribute to projects that improve systems, reporting and business processes.
• Develop valuable skills in data management, reporting and analytics.
