Job summary

Watson Farley & Williams is seeking an experienced HRIS/Data Analytics professional to manage and improve global HR systems across 1,450 employees and partners. You will focus on data management, cleansing, analysis and insights, supporting cyclical processes such as performance and compensation reviews from a systems and data perspective.

You will work with Cascade, ADP, Cornerstone and other tools, providing end-user training, governance, and data-driven decision support to leaders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying, upgrading and administering HR systems.
• Ability to lead projects and manage technical HR deployments.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and integrations.
• Advanced Excel skills including vlookups, formulas and pivots.
• Experience with Power BI or willingness to learn quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
• Clear communication and ability to train colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and cleanse data across HR systems for accuracy.
• Support governance, system changes, priorities and impacts.
• Provide end-user training and guidance notes on HR platforms.
• Develop and present people metrics and analytics to stakeholders.
• Contribute to cyclical HR processes like performance & compensation reviews.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance and HR to integrate systems across the firm.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and secure data handling.
