Job summary

HKA seeks an experienced Global People Analytics and Systems Leader to drive Workday HCM value, HRIS transformation and workforce insights. You will develop HR systems roadmaps, deliver complex enhancements and scalable reporting solutions, ensuring data integrity and governance. Strong Excel, dashboard and automation skills are essential for strategic decision support.

The role combines technical depth with business partnering across a global People team to maximise system value and impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years with Workday configuration and administration.
Strong knowledge across Workday modules: Core HCM, Absence/Time Off, Compensation, Learning, Talent and Reporting.
Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills for non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced Excel capabilities including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros and dashboard reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead Workday HCM administration, configuration and optimisation including HRIS delivery and KPI reporting.
Develop and manage the HR systems roadmap partnering with business stakeholders.
Maintain data governance, GDPR compliance and large-scale data management.
Deliver people analytics, dashboards and MI reporting with automation focus.
Lead, coach and develop the People Analytics and Systems team.
Oversee cross-functional projects and senior stakeholder relationships.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party system integrations.
