Job summary

McGregor Boyall is seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst with Workday expertise to join a major HR technology transformation programme. You will contribute to the ongoing development, configuration, and optimisation of the Workday environment, working closely with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to deliver system improvements.

Key focus areas include advanced reporting, dashboard development, and analytics, plus ensuring data integrity and smooth integrations across HR systems.

Qualifications

• Strong Workday experience (implementation and/or BAU support).
• Hands-on configuration across Workday modules.
• Advanced reporting and dashboard development skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with HR data, integrations, and system improvements.

Responsibilities
