Orchard Therapeutics, a Kyowa Kirin company headquartered in London, seeks an HR Systems & Data Analyst to own day-to-day HRIS administration (Sage People) and champion AI within HR. You will deliver accurate HR reporting, manage data quality and support benefits and HR operations.

Joining a lean HR team, you'll contribute to HR projects, develop dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders. Excellent Excel skills and experience with confidential data are essential.

Formación

• High IT literacy with proficiency in Excel.
• Experience administering and supporting an HRIS.
• Experience handling confidential data with integrity.
• Understanding of HR processes and data quality.
• Experience with HR data analysis and reporting.
• Experience supporting benefits administration.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the day-to-day HRIS administrator for all HR systems.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and MI outputs.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
• Support benefits administration and HR operations.
• Lead or participate in HR system projects and improvements.
• Maintain data governance and data quality across systems.
