Job summary

Orchard Therapeutics, a Kyowa Kirin company, is seeking an HR Systems & Data Analyst in London. The role administers Sage People, develops HR reports and provides data-driven insights for senior stakeholders. You will advance AI adoption within HR and support benefits administration and HR operations across the business.

Working in a lean HR team, you will contribute to HR projects, ensure data integrity, and partner with payroll and IT on system enhancements and integrations.

Qualifications

• High level of IT literacy, including data and reporting tools and MS Excel.
• Proven experience administering and supporting an HRIS (super-user capacity).
• Experience maintaining confidential data with high quality and integrity.
• Understanding of HR processes and employee data.
• Experience producing high-quality analysis and reports from HR data.
• Experience supporting benefits administration and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day HRIS administrator and super user for HR systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and technology.
• Proactively seek AI use cases within HR processes.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and lifecycle.
• Manage system configuration, access, and updates; resolve issues.
• Support testing, upgrades, releases and new functionality.
• Collaborate on HR systems initiatives and data governance.
• Create and maintain system documentation and guidance.
• Lead or support HR systems, reporting and process-improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and management information.
