Job summary

GXO is seeking a People Services HRIS Analyst to manage large employee data across SuccessFactors, Oracle, and ADP GlobalView, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. You will advise UK business users on best practices and system potential while supporting data uploads and project activity.

The role is full-time, hybrid with 2 days in Northampton, offering a salary up to £35,000 and a generous benefits package including pension, private medical and dental insurance, and employee assistance

Qualifications

• Experience with HR data and large data sets.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with HR systems and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HRIS data across Oracle, SuccessFactors, and ADP GlobalView to ensure accuracy.
• Process large-scale employee and position data uploads, including mass updates across HR systems.
• Support TUPE activities, compliance audits, reporting, and data integrity checks.
