Job summary

Derbyshire Constabulary is seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of a major HR system upgrade within our People Services department. You will collate and analyse key user information and work closely with stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a salary within the grade and an opportunity to influence HR processes and change management across the force.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree (or comparable qualification) in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience.
• Experience of all stages within the project lifecycle.
• Ability to analyse and document complex business processes using recognised methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Review existing HR processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support development and delivery of training materials, guidance and process documentation for new ways of working.
• Assist implementation of new HR system modules and integration with existing processes.
