Job summary

Derbyshire Constabulary is seeking a Business Analyst to support a major HR system upgrade within the People Services department. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a negotiable salary (£39,276 - £47,046) depending on experience and qualifications.

You will work closely with stakeholders to collate and analyse user information and ensure smooth implementation of new HR modules. Key duties include reviewing existing HR processes, identifying inefficiencies, and creating guidance,

Qualifications

• Hold a degree (or comparable qualification) in a relevant subject, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience of all stages within the project lifecycle.
• Ability to analyse and document complex business processes using recognised methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Review HR processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support development and delivery of communications, training materials, guidance, and process documentation for new ways of working.
• Assist with implementing new HR system modules and integrating them with existing processes.
