Supply Care Solutions in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced HR Support Officer to join our established HR team. This permanent, full-time role involves delivering a range of HR services across the organisation.

You will handle HR administration, payroll queries, recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and produce routine workforce reports, while upholding compliance and high attention to detail.

• Payroll & Employee Records: Supporting monthly payroll, maintaining accurate employee records and processing staff changes.
• HR Systems & Reporting: Maintaining HR systems, producing workforce reports and monitoring sickness absence.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Supporting HR meetings, preparing documentation and assisting with policies, audits and procedures.
