GXO Logistics is seeking an experienced HR Support Desk Manager to lead the People Services Support function, overseeing colleague support, case management and onboarding services. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Northampton with a hybrid pattern, offering 3 days per week in our UK Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People Services Support Desk, creating a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional experience for colleagues and managers.
• Drive the integration of support services, processes and ways of working following the Wincanton acquisition, helping build a consistent and scalable People Services function.
• Oversee colleague support and onboarding services, ensuring enquiries, cases and new starter activity are managed efficiently, accurately and in line with service standards.
• Use data, feedback and insight.
