Job summary

gategroup is seeking a capable HR Leader to oversee a team of HR Administrators, delivering end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle. You’ll manage hiring, contracts, pay reviews, leave and benefits while ensuring timely, accurate responses and driving improvements.

You’ll support HR projects and system enhancements, including governance and GDPR compliance, acting as deputy when needed. You’ll bring strong HR administration experience, team leadership within HR Shared Services, and

Qualifications

• HR administration background with lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience leading teams in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
• Solid understanding of UK employment legislation.
• Familiarity with HR systems; Workday is desirable.
• CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR Administrators delivering end-to-end HR services for the employee lifecycle.
• Handle hiring, contract amendments, pay reviews, family leave and benefits.
• Resolve enquiries promptly, drive improvements and act as deputy in the HRSS Manager's absence.
• Support HR projects and system enhancements, including reporting and GDPR compliance.
