Job summary

Gate Gourmet in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced HR Administrator with leadership capabilities to oversee end-to-end HR administration across the full employee lifecycle. You will manage hiring, contract amendments, pay reviews, family leave and benefits, while ensuring prompt, accurate service and GDPR compliance.

You'll support HR projects and system enhancements (Workday), produce management reporting, and act as a trusted deputy in the HRSS Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Strong team leadership within HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
• Solid background in HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Professional, calm under pressure, with attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
• Good understanding of UK employment legislation.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday desirable) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including hiring and contract amendments.
• Oversee pay reviews, family leave and benefits administration.
• Resolve HR enquiries promptly and drive continuous improvement.
• Support HR projects and system enhancements (Workday).
• Produce management reporting and ensure GDPR compliance.
