Job summary

• Proven team leadership experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
• Strong HR administration background across the employee lifecycle.
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation and GDPR implications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
• Lead day-to-day HRSS operations: hiring, contracts, pay reviews, family leave, benefits.
• Resolve enquiries promptly, drive continuous improvement, deputize for HRSS Manager.
• Support HR projects and Workday system enhancements.
• Produce management reporting and ensure legal GDPR compliance.
