Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a HR Shared Services Administrator to join our city-centre HRSS team in Manchester or Glasgow. You will manage casework, support payroll and lifecycle processes, and handle multiple HR systems to ensure accurate data handling.

You’ll work in a collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on process discipline, GDPR compliance, and excellent service delivery. The role is hybrid, with occasional travel for meetings and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong administration background.
• Experience with HR systems and Microsoft 365 tools.
• GDPR knowledge and data privacy understanding.

Responsibilities

• Case management through HRSS system (MyHR).
• Handle requests: references, contractual changes, resignations, new starters, probation.
• Answer calls to HRSS inbox promptly and accurately.
• Process information across multiple HR systems.
• Support monthly/ ad-hoc reports and audits.
