Job summary

Syme Drummond Ltd, partnered with William Grant & Sons, invites an HR Administration Team Leader to shape a scalable HR shared services model. You'll lead an experienced HR Administration team and balance day-to-day operations with transformation and continual improvement.

In this role you'll standardise processes, documentation and service standards, drive automation and reporting, and optimise systems including SAP SuccessFactors to strengthen workflows and data integrity across the employee

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR administration teams.
• Experience in shared services or similarly structured environments.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle administration.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the HR Administration team.
• Oversee accurate, efficient and compliant HR administration across the lifecycle.
• Standardise processes, documentation and service standards.
• Optimise HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, to strengthen workflows and data integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and reporting initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to support a scalable shared services model.
