Forward Role are partnering with a global organisation to appoint a Senior HR Shared Services Manager to lead a transactional HR Shared Service function and shape service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

You'll drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, optimise systems, and partner with senior stakeholders to enhance performance and colleague experience.

Forward Role are partnering with a global organisation looking to appoint a Senior HR Shared Services Manager to lead and evolve a high-performing HR Services function. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Operations or Shared Services leader to shape service delivery, optimise systems and processes, and play a key role in supporting the wider people strategy.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of HR Shared Services, you'll be responsible for leading a transactional HR Shared Service. You'll drive operational excellence, ensure compliance and governance standards are maintained, and deliver a first-class service across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliver a best-in-class service.
• Driving continuous improvement, automation and service transformation initiatives.
• Ensuring robust governance, compliance and risk management across HR operations.
• Optimising HR systems, data integrity and reporting capabilities to support business decision-making.
• Building strong relationships across HR and the wider business, acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
• Using data and insight to drive performance, influence decision-making and improve colleague experience.
