Job summary

William Grant & Sons is seeking an HR Administration Team Leader to shape a developing HR shared services model. You will lead an experienced HR Administration team, balancing day-to-day operations with transformation and continuous improvement to deliver a scalable, high-performing service.

The role offers autonomy to influence processes, systems and service delivery, with a focus on standardising practices and driving efficiency across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading HR Admin teams.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle administration.
• Experience delivering shared services improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the HR Administration team through evolving ways of working.
• Oversee accurate, efficient and compliant HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Standardise processes, documentation and service standards to improve consistency and quality.
• Optimise HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, to strengthen workflows and data integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and reporting initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to support a scalable HR shared services model.
