Job summary

Forward Role are partnering with a global organisation to appoint a Senior HR Shared Services Manager to lead a transactional HR Shared Service function and shape service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

You'll drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, optimise systems, and partner with senior stakeholders to enhance performance and colleague experience.

This hybrid role can be based in Diss with office and home-based flexibility, offering good benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading HR Operations, Services or Shared Services teams.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR processes and GDPR requirements.
• Experience improving operating models, processes and controls.
• Track record of delivering change, transformation and automation initiatives.
• Strong HR systems and data reporting expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a transactional HR Shared Service and drive operational excellence.
• Develop and motivate a high-performing team delivering best-in-class service.
• Oversee governance, compliance and risk management across HR operations.
