William Grant & Sons is seeking an experienced HR Administration Team Leader to shape and lead a high-performing HR Operations team across the employee lifecycle. You will ensure efficient, compliant services while driving data integrity, governance and continuous improvement as we transition to SuccessFactors.

You will build a capable HR Administration team, establish service standards, partner with stakeholders and embed new ways of working across HR Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR shared services in a complex organisation.
• Strong ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of employment laws and data protection requirements.
